Last week I compete in the long jump in our school sports meeting. I went all out for a win, and victory did not favor me. Accepting failure was last thing I wanted. It seemed that all your previous efforts had been meaningless. My classmates came to comfort me. "Never give up!" and "You are amazed!" These words were like the warm spring breeze, blew away the dark clouds in my heart. I came to realize the significant of failure. Failure is essentially for us if we want to become stronger, because it not only exercises our minds but makes us to better understand ourselves. This is which I've learned in the long jump.
