Scientists say people in different countries and different places eat different kinds of food. They cook food in different ways. Different people eat at different times. Nowadays, the world faces two problems. People in some places, for example, in Africa, are not full. Many people are eating junk food. It's bad for people's health. So it's our duty（职责）to make everyone full and make everyone healthy.
Many people today like exercise. Some like to run, and some like to walk. Others dance or play ball games. They do different kinds of exercise. Why do people like exercising? It's good for their health. And exercise helps make them tired, so they sleep better at night.
You may like to run. If you do, take care of your feet. Make sure you have the right shoes. Some people like to run on roads, but they must watch out for cars.
Walking is a good exercise. You may take a long walk in the park. It's more fun if you don't go alone. Go with a friend. The two of you may have a great time.
Some people like to swim. But others don't like to go into the water. If you like this kind of exercise, make sure that someone is watching you. You must always take care when you are in the water. Jumping a rope（跳绳）or riding a bike is also good exercise.

We can enjoy movies any time. What' more, we never need to worry about the traffic jam and where to park the car.
Watching movies at home is free. In the cinema, we cannot go outside or do anything else because the movie won't wait for us. Sometimes, if we miss part of the movie, we may not understand the story. At home, we can pause（暂停） the movie any time and go back to watch the left part.
All in all, a cinema is a good place to watch movies, but it may be not the best place to enjoy movies. In my opinion, watching movies at home is better.
Now DIY is very popular all over the world. People like to make something new for their houses or just for fun. In China, sewing( 缝纫) was a traditional DIY skill（技能） for most women in the past. They sewed for their parents, husbands and children. I always think that sewing is such a wonderful art form.
My grandma is a gentle old lady. She is good at sewing. She made all my childhood clothes with her skillful hands.
As a baby girl, I didn't like playing outside with my friends, instead, I liked to stay with my grandma to help her sew. I really enjoyed getting the thread(线) through the eye of a needle（针）. I tried to make something, but I couldn't do very well.
Later, instead of making clothes, my grandmother would sew other things for me. The love from her needle and thread always warms me.
Grandma let me love sewing and taught me how to show love and care. Almost a year ago, I thought about finding a birthday present for my friend, then I decided to make her a pencil case.
